Begonia 'Sunset Blaze' is a compact rhizomatous hybrid valued for its intense foliage colouring, often displaying a combination of red-orange, gold, and deep plum shades depending on light levels. The leaves are broadly ovate with pointed tips and feature a textured surface with fine serrations along the margins.

Care Tips:

• Light: Bright, filtered light enhances leaf colour; avoid prolonged direct sun
• Water: Allow top layer of soil to dry out between watering; avoid soggy conditions
• Humidity: Requires moderate to high humidity; dry air may cause leaf crisping
• Media: Use a well-aerated mix with perlite, fine bark, and organic matter
• Temperature: Prefers 18-24°C; protect from drafts and temperature drops
• Fertiliser: Apply half-strength balanced fertiliser every 3-4 weeks during growth
• Repotting: Repot in early spring if growth slows or pot becomes crowded
